We have experience buying, selling and renting with this company and all the transactions have been to our satisfaction. We bought our first house back in 2009 with Mission Center Properties (MCP). In 2011, MCP rented that house to us. They found great tenants that take good care of the property. After the second year, they increased the rent. MCP takes care of any issues such as repairs and they provide timely reports. We have also bought two other properties through MCP. Jim (the owner) takes the time to find properties that match our needs and helped us during the negotiation process. They also helped us sell one of the properties at the highest price for the layout in the neighborhood.

Thank god I turned over management to Jim Schlesinger. I was trying to manage my rental properties on my own. I was using a contractor to handle the repairs. I figured all I had to do is collect rent on Cozy and auto-pay the utilities. How wrong I had been! Dealing with all the issues in property management is much, much more. Especially handling all the constant phone calls for getting contractors quoits for improvements. It takes a team trained to handle all of it. Worth spending some money getting someone that will handle painting, flooring, landscaping, A/C, maintenance and so much more. You can never get your time back as a wise old man said.
